Enough sleep is essential for both refreshed spirit and good eyesight. The time of sleeping alters according to different people. The young usually need about eight to nine hours sleeping to own a good condition. The elder may only need about four to five hours and they do not feel sleepy. It depends not to your time of sleeping but to the time which fits you best. A sleepy situation will introduce dry and sore eyes, and if the same situation lasts for a long time, your eyesight, of course, can not bear it.

Exercise is an effective way to improve your eyesight. You can do both eye focus and rotation exercise to get your muscles fully relaxed, in particular when you staring at something for an extremely long period. It is better if you can have your eyes watching a lot of green. Swimming is a recommendable sport which can have the whole body, not only eyes, relaxed. But as the sea water contains a lot of salt, so please be careful not to get your eyes sore and irritated. If your eyes are sensitive to the sea water, you can take the eye drop to alleviate the pain.

Except for those ways introduced above, regular eye test is necessary for a good vision. You can recognize how your eye is going after a year, and you may have other eye disease detected earlier. In that situation, the disease is more likely to be cured. It is good for the eye protection.
